However, Hotel did not respond to my e-mail requesting information and help on airport transportation upon arrival. The room was quite clean, but the room itself was quite "average." It was beautiful and the added extras, robes, Port, slippers, were a bonus. Very good, polite staff. It's an expensive choice in a city packed with good quality hotels, but for a treat it's definitely worth it. The whole hotel was beautiful and the main entrance was in my opinion stunning, giving a feel for the rest of the hotel. It was in the perfect location just off the main road, so no noise. The staff were fantastic. My only disappointment was the breakfast. I think it could have been a little better given the rest of the hotel. I would definately recommend it.
